As of July 2025 we do not offer gift cards or gift registries, however we have a gift sets category for sets that can make nice gifts.

No, we are an online based e-commerce store headquartered in NJ.

What payment options do you have?

Belleubleu.com is partnered with Shopify. We use Shopify Payments for all our payment processing. We accept all major forms of credit cards, as well as several other forms of payment:

• Credit cards are charged after the order is placed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on our products at this time.

We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to get your items to you quickly, with the majority of orders shipping within 1-3 business days. However, delivery times can vary, and some products may take up to 7 business days to reach you.

What are the shipping costs?

All Shipping is FREE.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number after the ordered is processed.

What if I need to modify or cancel an order after I've placed it?

If you've placed an order and the order hasn't been processed, then email us at support@belleubleu.com, and we will cancel the order and refund you.

If the order has been processed and shipped then please return the item within 15 days of receiving the order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 to 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
